SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

After seeing Mathil's VD build, I threw together a scuffed Cyclone CWC VD build using corpsewalker on an elementalist I already had leveled just to try it out and I loved it. How the skill looks and the general mechanic interactions was really fun. So I decided to attempt to put together a league starter version. I dropped said Body Armour early into the league and got very lucky 6-linking it. For those who don't know, it's the Heist Unique that lets you freeze with all damage at a higher effectiveness. After I've posted about Evasion and Armour Based Attack Builds, I thought I would theorize about Armour Based Spellcasters too. I've taken the Standard Inquisitor Spellcaster and worked on its defensive properties a bit - this recycles mostly defensive concepts from the previous posts but I feel like its worth showcasing nonetheless. I am tempted to league start with this and hate my life. Probably will have to level as something else (brands?) and heist until I get Lethal Pride and my other core items.
