I am tempted to league start with this and hate my life. Probably will have to level as something else (brands?) and heist until I get Lethal Pride and my other core items.

PoB is not fully complete, damage is a little bloated (even though it shouldn't be too hard to have uptime on it) and the build is not THAT budget friendly, but God damn it if I won't try to make it work anyways. MAYBE it will surprise me.

I got the idea from a comment from someone on this subreddit (I can't recall who it was but I'll credit you if you want) and I tried to make it work in the most budget friendly league starter way I could (minus the bottled faith which is just a chase item). This is the first draft of the build, so I haven't spent much time fine tuning it. I also probably forgot or didn't think about a lot of things.

Obviously I don't recommend anybody to league start with this, unless you're brave. Very experimental.

The general idea behind the build is stacking mana regen for 50+ rage regeneration per second to keep berserk up basically 100% of the time, as well as having it for Rage Vortex without the clunky playstyle of spamming warcries. Rage Vortex is good here because Chainbreaker gives your skills a 3 rage cost, and you have to cast Rage Vortex relatively infrequently.

Eldritch Battery is there just in case as a "fallback" mana pool with quick regen thanks to Inquisitor. This is very likely to change if I realize I don't need it since it is a very point heavy investment. Maybe I will just use a mana flask instead (which is probably the best solution).

Inquisitor makes for very easy crit chance scaling without needing a massive budget and also makes it so that I don't have to invest into elemental penetration. This helps keep the build relatively low cost, as I get most of my damage from stacking mana.

I'm using Shaper's touch to solve accuracy issues and for the amazing synergy it has with this build. Lots of mana. Considering going Grace instead of Wrath for even more synergy (% more evasion rating) but I'd need a replacement for Unwavering Stance for Stun immunity. Not sure if worth.

What I'm mostly concerned about is defense. I have 40% MoM, Fortify, 78-79% resists and Berserk nearly permanently up... the caveat is very low life since I have to reserve about 1000 life for my precision and clarity auras, non-existant chaos resistance (due to pretty tight equipment slots), almost no physical damage reduction and no elemental ailment immunity. DOTs probably destroy me. Still trying to find a solution to all of that. Help would be appreciated.

Will answer any questions you may have in the comments. Build should be pretty zoom zoom as well as viable for bossing if I manage to fix these issues. Also a lot of room for BIG investment with cluster jewels and better gear. I think it should be fun. Would love suggestions and ideas.

I am now considering running Dance of the Offered for The Agnostic, but I'm not sure if it's worth it over rare boots, because I'll be losing all my ES and 400+ ES regen per second. Would love any other suggestions. <3
