PoE 3.21 Crucible, 3.24 Necropolis League Starter builds

I'm not sure what I am doing here. But I have some thoughts: Gearing: - This is aimed at an SSF leaguestart. I am sure that you could pick up some very useful uniques in trade that would help numbers go BRR (ie Mings Heart, Covenant, Asenath's Gentle Touch). - I literally yoinked all the gear from people who built this on Occultist and Trickster on POE Ninja. Also I straight up copied items with very few changes from Ziz's TR Pathfinder because I wanted Armour/Evasion bases and was too lazy - I think I can get Dark Temptation cards from Delve chests to farm up an Obliteration

(edited because Shattering Steel was lvl 22 from before the Gem Update in PoB to emulate the buff, Ive lowered it to lvl 21 now) I tested this build in Standard with random Gear I crafted that is realistic on League Start. It works really well and is not even considering the changes we are getting in 3.21. I played with 2x Ichimonji and cleared T16 maps. I think its a fairly straightforward tree. Lioneye's glare is giving a fairly decent amount of damage. The additional projectiles and snakebite to give decent clear, I will be looking to thread the additional projectiles fairly quickly. Life is low (partly due to low flat life rolls I am using), and defenses are weak (it is literally just evasion, spell suppression, and ailment avoidance). If EC was a well designed skill then the interesting aspect (flask usage) would be extremely beneficial to the skill. As it is, this is not the case. &x200B; This isn't going to be a math heavy post, but long story short, you can only regenerate so many flask charges, and that number is way lower than what you need to constantly use sapphire/topaz flasks outside pure mapping. Edit: Fixed for 100% flask uptime. This is my last submission. I will be playing this version of poison permanent minions in 3.21. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair).
