This is my last submission. I will be playing this version of poison permanent minions in 3.21. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair). Without skeletons up it does 13m dps , with 1 skeleton to apply wither it does 23m, and everything up it hits the poison cap.

The gear looks expensive, but it is quite easy to craft. Typically you start with a fracturued base. Spam a essence until you get a 3rd modifier you like, and finish with pref/suffix cant be changed reforge X until your happy or hit 3 affixes. The most expensive crafts will be the wand (unless you can snipe a cheap fractured minion damage wand), the belt (no real way around this one, you have to spend ess of delerium until you get two decent resists), and the helmet (just get lucky on the 1/4 fracture for +2. after that its almost deterministic to finish).

If you guys are interested in a build/crafting guide video, let me know. In the meantime I'm working on the budget, league start version of this. It'll be nearly as fast and tanky.
