This build is viable for 3.22. This guide was made before patch notes on 3.21 as I was out the country so some aspects are a bit out of date. However I have updated the written guide and POBS

At face value the build loses a bit of power but I expect this will be made up and then some by the new skill trees on weapons

Looking at the new attack cluster node with +1 arrow this is not worth taking for Rain of Arrows so POB stays the same except taking the new instant leech master
