Pathfinder's 3.21 buffs allow for some silly life recovery. This allows us to make a build using: Righteous Fire, Rathpith Globe, and Petrified Blood/lowlife.

Perfect for Hexblast mines!

This is a planned PoB which should be achievable within the first weekend of the league. Level 19 gems, trash gear etc. The hardest items to get would be Rathpith Globe and Impresence, which usually drop in price very rapidly. Early on you can sub Rathpith for any crit weapon, and drop an aura to run blasphemy.

League starter stats:

• 5m "full dps"
• 4.8k life
• 13k armour, 7k eva, suppress cap
• perma phasing
• curse immunity
• Life flask recovers 22,456 life over 7.73 seconds, which is about 2900 life per second.

POB notes:

• edited the life flask to enable the "Cautious" prefix
• Added in "29% less mine throw speed" due to minefield's hidden action speed penalty

A slightly more upgraded PoB (week 1-2 gear) would look like this: https://pastebin.com/neQPZKDC. Priority upgrades are the deterministically crafted chest and awakened/quality gems. Obviously this could scale even further beyond with better weapon/weapon skill tree, watchers eye, helm enchant, thread of hope, cluster jewels etc.

My only perceived downside at the moment is: Still need to use withering step for high wither stacks (25% chance to wither is not gonna be enough), which precludes the use of certain movement skills like frostblink. at least we got movespeed.
