Path of Exile Best Arc Lightning build - League starter viable. We continue the Tradition of pushing Arc to it's limits as this time we managed to create not only a spell caster that deals a lot of damage for cheap, but also one that is tanky and can take a hit! easily my best go-to league starter in Path of Exile!
