PoE Cast when Damage Taken, Nova, Simulacrum builds

Lots of improvments to be made just needed a base idea before I leauge start. Gloves are w.e Might not need some of the lines on chest. Corrupt boots. Sublime/Haste aura? Sublime/ other auras? Different Aura/ Watchers eye Sanctuary? Better Anoint? Better Cluster Annilahting light test at some point. So, damage is up a little bit, and mostly speed is up by a lot! This is starting to get insane really. I usually run deli on my maps as normal mapping is no challenge anymore. Helmet - diadem is probably BiS because it allows for easy blessing and provides solid ES and eldritch battery. We path close to enough to take EB so something else is possible but would take a great item. I posted my +7 Pyroclast Infernal Mantle that dropped from Vaal Temple for me a while back and needed to do a build with it cause of Touhou item memes. Oh hivemind, I call upon thee! So, ever since the announcement I've been glancing towards the Battlemage and Fanaticism nodes of the Inquisitor tree and decided to try and conjure up a quick idea for a build using those two. While perhaps a little unconventional, I decided to go for Frostbolt and Ice Nova, coupling it with a Debeon's Dirge. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)
