Screen-wide AoE Clear is something we all dream about in Path of Exile, but with the new Discharge Update, it seems that dream has become a reality. In this crazy budget version of a league starter Discharge build, using storm prison wands, we can achieve insane damage with little to no investment, with room for end-game UNETHICAL damage upgrades (badge of the brotherhood, anyone?)
