PoE Crosshack builds

Let go and IMMEDIATELY cast Assassin's Mark This will trigger all the totems to hit target -- we need 20 in 1 second. Can use lightning strike if don't want to use cyclone to stack instruments of zeal. Need to check to see if frenzy + hydrosphere works for stacking fanaticism and frenzy (because then that's bis imo) we don't want inc duration on arcane surge because it needs to be up every 4 seconds
