I wanted to use the new Crucible Node where Flicker Strike uses Power Charges instead of Frenzy charges, so this is what I came up with. The biggest challenge was to find a way to reliably generate enough Powercharges to sustain Flicker Strike. The LMP on my Cospris made it possible since it freed up a Jewel slot so that I could run increased Critical Strikes. I sometimes still had these awkward moments where none of my first Flicker Strikes would crit, which meant no Power Charge generation, which meant running around Mobs until the CD came back. Once it got going I had no problems at all though.

The build overall is actually surprisingly affordable, the boots are a pure luxury Item from when I managed to get an incredibly lucky awakeners Orb. You can even do without CDR on your boots at all. You can instead get up to 15% CDR on the Crucible tree and craft CDR on your belt, or get yourself 20CDR on the belt. This would probably be better even, since that would mean you can get Elusive on your Boots to properly use all effects from Badge of the Brotherhood.

I ran mostly 60% delirous Strands with Skittering Deli orbs until I could finally afford my HH. Sadly HH can brick this build if your attack speed gets too high, since our Power Charge generation is capped at around 16 and depends on the Frostbolts actually hitting.
