The Cold DOT occultist has got to be one of the better bosser in Path of Exile. The chill ailment effect combined with Aspect of Spider slows everything including bosses which makes it very safe and easy to avoid their mechanics. I'm by no means a pro-gamer but I could avoid most of Kosis's and Omniphobia's attacks in this video.
