My build has taken a much different route than it did last league. I've played Ice Nova occy for several leagues now and have yet to do a high budget ES version. Until now, that is. It's been a lot of fun and it makes most content laughably easy.

The PoB has 4 stages of frost shield, so my eHP when mapping and running around isn't as high, nor is my dps. But for bosses, simu, harvest, or anything else where I stand still, it gets to 4 stages really fast. I also usually swap out flame dash for faster casting for Frostblink of Wintry Blast when mapping.
