SwaggTV's Notes
So my idea here was to build 2 types of coc builds that was cheap as possible while still being able to run t16s with wisps and being fairly tanky. The CoC Ice nova i didnt get that many wisps on the map but still testing it runs over up to 40% deli with 4k+ wisps. The Frostblink of Wintery Blast also runs up to 40% with 4k+ wisps easily. I chose trickster for the ES Leech/Ghost shrouds/Evasion/Spell Suppression/CI i could build by utilizing the right side of the tree. This can be done on Assassin and Elementalist on this budget, but it would be a bit harder to get spell suppression as you lose 20% from the trickster ascendancy etc. Both setups were done UNDER 7 Divines which is great for people who dont have alot of currency. For the ice nova setup we use replica dragonfang for +3 to ice nova to pump out a tad more dps, and for the frostblink setup we use badge of the brotherhood for the travel skills cooldown. If you have any questions or suggestions leave it in the comments. Thanks and Enjoy!
