Budget Ci CoC Ice Nova and Ci CoC Frostblink Trickster Setups ( Under 7 Divines)

So my idea here was to build 2 types of coc builds that was cheap as possible while still being able to run t16s with wisps and being fairly tanky. The CoC Ice nova i didnt get that many wisps on the map but still testing it runs over up to 40% deli with 4k+ wisps. The Frostblink of Wintery Blast also runs up to 40% with 4k+ wisps easily. I chose trickster for the ES Leech/Ghost shrouds/Evasion/Spell Suppression/CI i could build by utilizing the right side of the tree. This can be done on Assassin and Elementalist on this budget, but it would be a bit harder to get spell suppression as you lose 20% from the trickster ascendancy etc. Both setups were done UNDER 7 Divines which is great for people who dont have alot of currency. For the ice nova setup we use replica dragonfang for +3 to ice nova to pump out a tad more dps, and for the frostblink setup we use badge of the brotherhood for the travel skills cooldown.
