PoE Shock Nova, League Starter builds without Mageblood

Arcane surge on Assassin's mark is a placeholder for arcane surge coming from the cluster jewel. With Overcharge, Shock nova can shock for 62% a pinacle boss. The pen supports with vaal storm call are just here to simulate the "ignore monsters resistance". If the gem duration is too low to support a new use, maybe use a 24 charge soul ripper and rely on the 6 souls gained by 2% life dealt to unique instead.

So I was thinking of league starting as Righteous Fire. The new masteries makes leveling a breeze, but how realistic do you think it is to migrate to this after a week or two? Are these clusters really expensive? I'm a HC player who just farms red maps...so this seems pretty cool to me to be able to play that Auto Bomb style while remaining semi tanky. Thoughts?

Sooo..i really like the idea and gameplay of the new Lightning Coil skill and have been trying to come up with a build around it. there is a horrible pob made by me with lots of probably too expensive and rare gear to be even considered something like a league starter (and it doesnt have to be imo) I took BL as a subsitute for LC in the chest armor But lets break this down: we are using inquisitor with mjölnir to automate shock novas from the hammer together with elemental prolif to spread shock which we then detonate through L

The two new shock based skill look awesome. Only thing is that they are combo reliant and I hate pressing buttons. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)
