Hello,
I made a vaal storm call build. Purely about vaal storm call, not storm call and VSC on the side. It's based around soul ripper spamming, and dissolution of the flesh is here to tie the whole build together.
Things I would like feedbacks on:
- I want to be able to use VSC at least once a second in single target. I *think* it's good because I generate 2.5 charges per crit, hit around once every 0.1s, and I have 50% chance not to consume charges, so in theory, it's one cast every 0.6s. Did I miss something which could negate this goal?
- I wanted to do a dissolution of the flesh which is not annoyed by the whole world. While ground effects are pretty much unavoidable, I went ahead and made a 95% evasion 75% spell dodge. Did I miss anything which could crush my build? With the petrified blood combo, I'm supposed to be able to tank a 25K physical damage without issue, assuming it goes through the evasion.
- In single target, is it okay to assume the whole spell hits?
- I made this build 3 or 4 leagues ago, put it in the backburner, and worked on it again today. Did I left anything in which disappeared or is not realistic anymore since then? Do I forget anything really relevant to the build?
- I was trying to do a fairly budget build, even tho I don't plan to league start this. Outside the luxury divinarius, is anything is going to be really expensive (> 3 divines), in your opinion? I tried to make the rares as reasonnable as possible, but I may have missed something.
- Do you have any other idea which could help improve the build? Any issue which could kill the build?
Thanks a lot!
