Battlemage Mjolner starter build guide for early-mid Atlas progression - Path of Exile (3.13 Ritual)

Mjolner inquisitor worked really well for me for Ritual league start and it was very cheap to start mapping. It can clear T16 maps but buffed red tier map bosses are a struggle. So only use this build if you need smooth map clearing build on a budget.
