This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway. Maybe there are other players like me who don't assume that all these fancy things people put on builds are attainable and want a no-budget ssf build, or this build may just be useful input to someone somehow.
It's got 100% spell supp, 13k max phys hit, 90% evasion, and 110k dps. This is without shock, onslaught or power charges (though I am doing shock, onslaught and assassins mark on hit). It uses smoke mine and stibnite for blind - I feel like this kinda sucks and may be annoying, but using blind saves a lot of passive points to get the same hit/evasion. I wanted to try flesh and stone, but it was too expensive and grace and determination seemed mandatory. I didn't see another way to get reliable blind (20% chance on crit is not useful). Anyway, the hope is that it can do alched-t16s and get through the atlas relying on layered avoidance and leech. Does that seem realistic?
The gear it assumes is middle-tier life mods only, except for the rings which are too good for the no-budget I want, but I was just assuming that in reality you'd get resistances on armour easily enough. Also it has a 6l with two whole mods on it, so it might cost 10c or something.
Currently it's configured for dread banner rather than defiance because POB seems not to have updated defiance yet. I wanted to take One Step Ahead, but Polymath delivered too much dps even though I made no effort to pick up extra masteries.
So anyway, I dunno if this is going to be any fun or just too slow to enjoy at all. I do expect to invest in it further, but I got tired of so-called starters that have a pile of uniques, clusters, etc. For me that's not a starter. So I made this to see what's possible on a poison trickster with actual found-on-the-ground items.
