I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. I posted my +7 Pyroclast Infernal Mantle that dropped from Vaal Temple for me a while back and needed to do a build with it cause of Touhou item memes.
