And that's a wrap for 3.26! I had a blast with this build and would like to think it's fairly balanced stat-wise to make the most of its damage and defense. Its dps is anywhere from 20-50mil depending on Arcane Cloak being up 65% (automated it because lazy which also means I can't upkeep 15 wither stacks) and Sigil of Power, but uptime from being in range is the biggest factor which is why I opted to keep the AoE large even if I can barely see anything underneath it.

Coiling Whisper wasn't a consideration in this build until later, but it did warp the build to accommodate it even though there's some things like Ashes of the Stars increasing curse duration which I can't really fix in this gem quality setup. Because of this, it's mainly a bossing-only sort of setup where it's a 4s ramp up time where I use Lightning Warp to stay on top of my target.

Gem quality and cast speed is definitely the route to go for upper ceiling damage, while you still need a foundation in base damage and increased damage%. Arcanist Brand is the hidden sauce in having longer lasting stacks while the main skill doesn't need to have more duration making it janky for mapping and even more ramping while bossing.

This build is still weak to physical and chaos burst damage, but it maps so well you barely feel it after capping Block. The build is also weak to slows which Lightning Warp is affected by, so Frostblink of Wintery Blast is used for Uber Sirus and Uber Eater.

I did see several other build variants go down the Crit route with Mageblood...

Freeing up a lot of the rare slots from fixing resistances could scale this build to even farther heights
