Build guide will come later when I fine tune this character a bit more, at least for this "budget version" - as I don't think it can be cheaper to AFK simulacrum all the way through. This is still slow af btw, at least doable though...i

Disclaimer again (I mentioned in the video): this build is not finished, and massive changes need to be deployed for it to have enough dmg to afk all the way through simulacrum. For chill T16 mapping and such, you can just run through like a breeze. You can also afk ultimatum easily, just avoid the blood altar, corrupted blood LVL4, and 2% dmg ramp per second and you'll be all good.

I'm slower on the grind, so I'm still far away to this point yet. He mentioned budget should be 80+ div, so if you can afford it and want to enjoy this play style, here's the only current confirmed way to "almost" do it :)) as there's no way around self casting the penance mark from ring sometimes.
