PLEASE NOTE: I don't configure DPS for this build at all, so DONT TRUST DPS NUMBER. Trust what you see in-game, as the trigger rate depends on how fast enemies are hitting you. It's bad against slow and tanky enemies and good against hords very fast-hitting enemies. Gameplay (as a Jugg in 3.25):
