Revisiting Voltaxic Burst again with another iteration of my staff Hierophant since it was buffed like 3 leagues in a row to some obscene levels. Main difference is being able to make use of Eaten Souls while mapping since tapping rares with Soul Ascension helps maintain them and it's super satisfying going fast. Destroy both content and your eyes (not for the photosensitive).
I've seen several different ways people have built this skill, but most seem to go the Intensify tiny AoE route and ignoring quality and casts in waiting entirely. My DPS is somewhere between 100-270mil when accounting for Arcanist Brand's ramping across 5 seconds. Every button press serves as a more multiplicative damage scalar. Nothing really survives long enough for me to see 70 casts in waiting though.
This league was extremely easy to make consistent currency, so I ended up grinding to 100 and just pumping more into optional gem/unique corrupts.
