PoE 3.15 Expedition Spell builds

My guess would be Inquisitor, Righteous Providence (as first node) and using Cyclone with a dagger with +8% base crit. Back in 3.14 (before CoC used mana to cast spells) I played LL Purifying Flame Inquisitor with the above setup and I remember it was perfectly functional very early during campaign. Now with the mana issue I don't know. This was my PoB back then, in case you guys can see something useful from it where I don't.

Hello guys, I got this idea for an Occultist build inspired by the elemental dot buffs and the new chaos mastery revealed. I worked on this idea a few days ago, but the new chaos mastery reveal seems a pretty good fit for this build so, I included it in my build. Ok, a few words first. I want to point out that this build is not what someone would call "optimal", but it combines various features to create a beautiful result and what I would call a fun playing experience. If you 're fan of Torchlight, Grim Dawn etc. then you know what I'm talking about. So, what are the elements of the build?

The build pastebin: Currently its sitting at 2 million ignite dps against sirus with a bandaid jewel to simulate the bonus ignite damage for the new patch but without EQ. Considering what we know about the new flame surge I really don't think it will lack damage but I am absolutely worthless when it comes to items and not the best when it comes to optimizing the tree. So if anybody knows a way to improve the build just let me know.

Shield has Tempest Shield Estimate as custom mod Most items have 5-7% bonus defenses added as custom mod Vortex has alt quality to simulate lvl 21 upgrade to Creeping Frost (It's lvl 2425 is too much DPS; unrealistic Cold Snap's Controlled Destruction support had quality lowered to 10 for the same reason. Rime Gaze does not have an enchantment. Amulet has Divine Judgment. Tranquility with current setup would give 52k DPS and ~75 ES. Hi all, I wanted to give the 3.15 CoC builds a try and figured I'd make a hipster/meme build. SST is currently extremely easy to get a VERY high crit chance using an ES shield with seething fury. Similarly, Ice Spear doesn't require a particularly large investment into crit for nearly maximum crit. Build is not fully optimized. SST can crit a LOT of times with a single throw due to SST chaining. Lioneye's armor is used for the 7th socket for more damage. Deadeye for more chaining/projectiles/mark effectiveness.
