I am working on an assassin static strike character as a potential league starter for 3.16. PoB: I've leveled with hollow palm quite a few times, and I always start with smite then usually switch to consecrated path or infernal blow as soon as I can. I quit the league a while ago but the teasers made me return for one last build. I gave away most of my stuff, but I scraped together \~20ex and started dex stacking. super super rough PoB (especially considering changes coming): 3.16 i'm gonna be making an MFinder just for the fun of it and so am having to build around all of the uniques. it's pretty restricting. there's almost no flat life or resistances on the gear (didn't want to put in some PoB ventors) and so am building around that with a super passive playstyle (bow and ballistas) and lots of jewels on the tree. but also damage itself has been a question for me, especially as i don't really trust my capacity to get an honest readout from PoB with all the moving part
can Hydrosphere/Focused Ballista shotgunning carry an MF meme build?
