My guess would be Inquisitor, Righteous Providence (as first node) and using Cyclone with a dagger with +8% base crit.

Back in 3.14 (before CoC used mana to cast spells) I played LL Purifying Flame Inquisitor with the above setup and I remember it was perfectly functional very early during campaign. Now with the mana issue I don't know.
