I have been told by other vaal IC players that vaal fireball is a meme. It really isn't when you have a pseudo HH setup, it outperforms the other vaal skills in map clear Bossing - Vaal Storm call is still the King of Dmg Mapping - Vaal Fireball Lagging - Vaal Burning Arrow with Arrow Nova Support
