PoE Lightning builds with custom stat filters

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

Ive been working on this build, off and on, for a few version updates and I just wanted some fresh eyes on things I might consider changing up. I can run Tier 13 maps pretty consistently, anything higher tier though I get wrecked every couple of runs and lose all exp progress. Pretty simple play mechanics, all tied to logitech mouse buttons. Does anyone know anything about quantrik or this build? I pulled it from his build list that someone linked here. I only know of the name through occasionally tuning into ruetoo and having him messing with him, which I assume they are friends. I'm a sucker for traps and this seemed intersting. Any one have any additional information on it?

So ever since the anomalous quality for Crackling Lance was released I wanted to try to make a poison Cracklance build. Never really worked out so far because there was no way (I knew of) to get quality high enough, however now with the new Dialla's Malefaction it might just work out. It probably won't be really good, I just want a version that works decent enough. This obviously won't be a cheap build, but rather something I'd want to work towards later in the league (it needs Ashes of the Stars after all). POB link: tl;dr I made this build in harvest.. it's really good and fun, but the problem is that now I don't want to play any other build.. and I don't want to remake this build in another league because I know I wont be able to achieve the same level of gear. So it feels bad. At the same time I don't want to miss out on Lake of Kalandra. Above is a rough day 1 plan for my LS Trickster. I'm going the full armor/ev route because it's easier to get eHP early on, especially vs phys damage, and it also allows me to grab 13 different masteries that synergize with the build. I know Heartstopper is a controversial node, but I feel like it will smooth out the damage I'm taking, even if I don't always notice it or run into some bad rng. Any advice? I realize Champion does armor/ev LS better probably, but I'm really looking forward to trying out Trickster.

I've been working on a PoB for a Lightning Conduit build that doesn't require using multiple skills. Just run through the map and press one button to kill packs. This is achieved by using Choir of the Storm and having 100% crit chance on Lightning Conduit. In addition, when running into a new pack, they should be shocked by Lightning Bolt, which is triggered by Herald of Thunder having a high crit chance. Just in case we need a little more coverage, we can also use Fire Burst on hit with elemental proliferation to further spread shock every 1s. Make sure your cast speed doesn't go over 5

Rambling follows: I've been wanting to run a non-crit lightning build as long as I've been aware of the mastery, but never managed to make a decent enough PoB. I always end up all over the place. I'm excited for the new lightning skills and the trickster rework. Everytime I'm tinkering with lightning builds I'm kinda lost on the main skill even. When Frostferno was in the game, EC had a 5.5 link with +8 gems that was highly possible to use. You would take Avatar of Fire, get a double corrupted Frostferno and now you had a cool non traditional setup. It was reasonable to use sapphire at least due to cold to fire on Frostferno.
