So ever since the anomalous quality for Crackling Lance was released I wanted to try to make a poison Cracklance build. Never really worked out so far because there was no way (I knew of) to get quality high enough, however now with the new Dialla's Malefaction it might just work out. It probably won't be really good, I just want a version that works decent enough. This obviously won't be a cheap build, but rather something I'd want to work towards later in the league (it needs Ashes of the Stars after all).
