Final POBs and updates to Lightning Strike Raider 3.19 - Please watch if you are starting this build

Forgot to credit the person who put most of this stuff together as I was arguing against this change. Slott in our discord is like our lightning strike Guru and always smashing all the content and is always ahead of me.

Say hi to him and hassle him when you come to the discord :) He is genuinely big brain when it comes this this stuff. Just do not @ him there are channels for help in various aspects of the build

Sorry to do this but after more testing I am not happy with the old POBs. Unless you are frenzy charge stacking going to duelist area is just bad. You get much more life and the same DPS staying right side and can still reserve determination, Anger and Precision

This new tree is much easier to hit both resist cap and get more crit in a league start situation

All POBs in videos and written forum guides have been changed to reflect this video

These may still have very minor tweaks in the next 24 hours but I am much happier with these trees and know people will have a smoother levelling experience
