THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION:

basically didn't talk about one step ahead at all, basically makes you fast but not necessarily immune to ALL slows. RTFC, action speed doesn't necessarily mean move speed, so stuff that ONLY slows your move speed still works on you :(

recoup life based on damage taken might be cool because a large chunk of damage taken is just on our ES, i think it'll be worth it to not make us so reliant on a life flask.

phys taken as ele will hopefully be huge for this build? but might not be enough to save it...
