PoE Witch, Lightning, Mapping builds with custom stat filters

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Hello exiles So 3 weeks ago I posted a build but untested. So here is a feedback with changes I made. This is my first character this league. Basically it's a Elementalist arc ignite build with CI playing around Incandescent heart to get higher ignite through extra damage and mitigation from ele hit converted to chaos. This league was by far my most successful. I started out as poison seismic sabo and had a great time. The dps was lackluster for endgame so instead of dumping loads of currency I built a CoC Ice Spear Occultist. That character deleted bosses, especially Lycia; the downside was how squishy it was. I had trouble doing invitations and if I wasn't on point with my timing certain pinnacles would make me use a portal. Not the end of the world, but I HATE dying.
