It's been around for a while, but Storm Burst Decay is probably in it's best state it's ever been, and i'd like to show a quick demonstration of it's capabilities.

We can reach 6+ second duration on Storm Burst thanks to duration scaling on items tree and gear (Timeless jewel finder MVP), which is 15 instances of ~300k dps so around 4,5m dps for a single tick, for 8 seconds (14s with temporal chains). https://imgur.com/a/Rxj8B0S

And we get to use the crucible node that spawns a Void Sphere every time we use storm burst (it only has around a 2 second cooldown), so we can actually pretend to play a functioning Void Sphere build!

6L currently has Soulrend for clear and supplementary damage, and to make sure my energy leech is proccing if i'm not on full ES. But it's not needed really anymore, so i'm thinking of replacing it with a 6L aura setup.

Life total is low, but it's actually very tanky, 17k evasion, 100 suppress, 84 chaos res with divine flesh, 50% block/spell block (non GB), Doppelganger's Guise, and immortal call with ~75% uptime thanks to all the duration scaling and the new crucible shield mod with guard skill CDR (3,9 sec duration with a 1,25 sec cooldown).

Budget is high, but not too insane, my most expensive item is a 30 qual Ashes (30div), wand was like 10d because i've missed the chaos dot multi 4 times. No other gear piece worth more than 5 div, lvl. 35 decay Shakos can be found from time to time for 2-5 div with a useless secondary support.

And there is still plenty of room to minmax, missing a good malevolence watcher's eye, i have no helm enchant, shield is meh, and weapon's crucible tree is very basic as well.

Unfortunately I can't use my Void Sphere MTX on the crucible trigger, so that's a minus.
