PoB: https://pobb.in/VQm4crZ9DRez Level 92, cheap gear from other builds and some uniques. 118% increased offering effect (could be higher). Does not do over 20mil DPS (PoB is probably low, I've seen over 300% cast speed in character sheet while mapping), but can be played recklessly without dying. Upgrades would be all the rares, an ashes, bloodnotch, as many cluster jewels as one could afford, proper offering effect implicit on body armour, p much everything.
