Hey guys ! Here's another one of our league starter -【Spark Elementalist】~ One of our team got lucky with an inpulsa drop, which makes this build shines during early mapping! Anyway, Spark itself has pretty high DPS and with enough skill effect duration/proj speed, it can carry u till end game!
