Rolling new build soon(tm) so I wanted to record this interesting league starter I made based on a build by Cardboard Bastards (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOp4T5VdCwo).

In my typical style, I played a CI spin on the build, using Skin of the Lords to double dip defenses and damage. Worked out quite well, blasted everything up till t17s then got triggered cos I spent 40c on rolling the map and didn't find a single one that I could do. I'm not too interested in investing in this build, but I have my leaguestart planned pob below.

Also, I wanted to rant about the shitty league mechanic, this is easily the worst league mechanic of all time because of how annoying it is. I don't care how powerful the grave crafting mechanic is, if it's this annoying to collect and plant corpses I'm not interacting with the graveyard ever. Corpses I'm collecting here are for guildies.

Some notes about the build:

1. 5% cdr on boots very important, 0.099s cooldown is a breakpoint (3 frames), the normal Kitava's Thirst cooldown of 0.10s is actually 0.132s in game (4 frames). So get this cheap implicit for 33% more damage.
2. Original build is life based, I went CI because this build really reminded me of Phantasmal Cremation. Unfortunately it's not as tanky without Melding (can probably fit it in with more investment!).
3. Problem is mana - we need about 400-500 unreserved but I still need to fit in Purity of Ice. So with a cluster jewel, Sapphire Flask and Traitor keystone for uptime we can get to 90 ele res which will be big.
4. Cluster jewels are big for dps, big surprise here. I'm trolling by not having them but I'm lazy ok.
5. Fast shield charge feels AMAZING, I should play corpse necromancer more often :)
