Herald of Thunder is still amazing and cheap! - Path of Exile (3.20 Sanctum)

Farms all maps easily on a low budget (2 divines starting items) using Herald of Thunder as main skill. The rest is just moving and sometimes casting debuffs. Requires many unique items, so not good for SSF. Can deal with guardians, conquerors, bigger bosses like Sirus, but for true end-game bosses would need a lot more damage or patience and knowing boss mechanics very well.

Lucky lightning is no longer on lightning mastery, but it is now on unique amulet, which gives a lot of dps, worth using, but may need to adjust some resistances. Picked up new recoup mastery, some more life regen and chaos resistance.

Use latest version of LocalIdentity's Fork PoB, it is more advanced. Ascendancy: Elementalist Items: Crest of Desire (+8 levels). Inpulsa's Broken Heard. Storm Secret (2 of them). Calamitous Visions (small cluster jewel, Herald damage). Glorious Vanity (Doryani for Corrupted Soul - no longer needed in updated version). Voice of the Storm (new way of getting Lucky lightning damage). Algor Mortis (for bossing), Storm's Gift (for clear speed), have same gems (if important gems) in both gloves for quick swap. Careful Planning (for dexterity fix).
