• Herald of Thunder Elementalist
• Autobomber + Walking simulator playstyle
• Inpulsa + Storm's gift doing a great work blasting & insta-killing every mobs even at high tier maps
• Crest of Desire is super budget yet being so strong it could destroy enemies without any links
• Storm secret self-sustain is super consistent and stable when u have enough max light resist, life & es leech + Aegis!
• Decent bossing DPS (very safe too since u can just walk around avoiding any damage)
• Max block chance *Build has huge potential and easily scale to late game (Crit version)

// Conclusion // This build is actually pretty strong and worth playing with only 1 div budget, because it can clears map super easily while doing pretty decent bossing DPS. Def is pretty good too with max block, life+ES & some evasion. Overall, this build will be doing very well and easy to scale up to late end game by transitioning into Crit version. 9/10 would recommend to those who needs a budget carry build for farming up to T16!
