PoE 3.23 Affliction Ralakesh's Impatience, Simulacrum builds

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. PoB: The build focuses on mana and recovery, notably recoup and the regen from TWWT. For additional mitigation, the build uses Chaos Inoculation and Divine Flesh. I've been running a Poison Caustic Arrow Ballista build (very close to Palestron's), but have come across a tweak which seems to have boosted the damage significantly, but which I haven't seen mentioned in conjunction with the build, so wanted to check my understanding is correct. In short I've switched out the Belt and Boots for Oledya's Delight and Ralekesh's Impatience. My understanding is that the boots are giving me the effect of max Frenzy/Endurance/Power charges (even though I can't see them), but separately my Frenzy Right-click stacks up Affliction charges. SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.
