Since Awakened Spell Cascade mechanics stayed with us in 3.23 I think it is a great time to push Storm Call Hierophant build even further.

It can be a great boss killer due to Overlap Mechanics and reach a Screen Wide AoE for maps while changing only 1 gem and a Flask.

Here are 2 POBs - you can also check all 3 different trees / item sets / skills sets in any of them which I have organized for different budgets - just don't forget to change them simultaneously everywhere.
