PS. GMP on frenzy isn't needed for bossing, so you might replace it with something else that doesn't fuck up frenzy attack speed (ie.culling/life gain on hit etc.)

Tips Q: Why do i trigger frostblink so slow I cant play! A: you have to adjust your attack speed to match the cooldown breakpoints for this build to function well, I cant really explain the actual number but the main cooldown recovery source is watcher's eye and the badge of brotherhood. if you have too much attack speed, try lower level/quality of faster attack support, haste level or frenzy quality. if opposite you need more attack speed, you can look for weapon enchant with harvest + quality hillock, use attack speed jewel or flask attack speed suffix.

Q: I cant play without mana flask, what do i do? A: you need to reduce mana cost of frostblink to 1 or 2 to be able to take out mana flask. there is several way which is 1.lvl 21 q20 inspiration 2.crafted reduced mana cost of skills on rare ring 3.crafted reduced mana cost of skills on flask. 4.reduced mana cost on jewel.

Q: I died a lot while mapping, this build sucks ass! A: first off, I don't recommend leveling with this build, just reroll from other build or 5-ways. and for the solution to this problem, I usually run grace+divine blessing + evasion flasks [85% evade chance] + Progenesis while mapping so I don't die from random white mob off-screen while looting. If you want extra layer of defense You can squeeze spell suppression in helmet, gloves, boots (corrupts implicit) and maybe from charms and watcher's eye grace mod + instinct notable in passives tree. also avoid/pay extra attention to those monsters you cant chilled and frozen , or damage reduction cycle mod. Pro tip : turn off herald's MTX actually helps with visual gameplay cause sometimes its cover on-death effect/lightning mirage from monsters (actually pay2lose lul?)

Q: my trigger rate seems fine but why is my damage so low? HELP A: each level of frostblink above 20 increase damage like 12-13% per level so empower level 4 is kinda mandatory, and if you are at level 100 you get extra frostblink level from poet's pen too. chill effect on enemy is also important because you get 19% more damage per 5% chill effect on them. and make sure you have like 70-80% crit chance without assassin's mark on POB.

Q: any map mods or content this build cant do? A: reduced cooldown recovery from map mod and eater's altar is only a NO NO here. there is a several mods that really bad for this build like reduced aura effect, temporal chain, monsters cannot be slowed, reduced extra damage from crit, etc. that should be avoided too. This build is specialized in clearing content really fast but really weak in harder content like 5k+ wisp'd mapping, simulacrum or deep delve. I have tested this build in sanctum and it feels really bad as well.
