I saw the new Ralakesh's Impatience and I knew I had to stack charges this league. I picked Storm Brand of Indecision because it felt insanely good to do anything with (I can cast 10 brands/sec if I wanted to).

I considered Penance Brand of Dissipation, but it felt way worse with more delayed damage and longer brand placement time. It is definitely significantly more single target damage, but as you can see, at this point that doesn't really matter.

On a side note, the build is pretty zhp, but it isn't quite as zhp as one might expect. I was able to do wave 30 simulacra with it (can record a video if requested), because it is ele ailment immune from Purity of Elements, crit immune from Mistwalker, and has 65% spell block. It also has excellent recovery due to a 28 ES on hit Watcher's Eye, and with 14 hits/sec per brand, I am easily getting over 1000 ES/sec. I also have 440 life leech/sec. In other words, the effective hit pool of the character is very low, but the recovery is excellent. So long as I don't get completely 1 shot, I am able to recover to full quickly.
