PoE 3.21 Crucible Lightning builds

With this staff coming back in Sanctum, the lightning tendrils rework is looking juicy for inquisitor. Could even just pick up battlemage and use LT totems as hiero. A lot of shit uniques, ok mapping build, but no ubers, mb will have problems even with not uber bosses. During ruetoo's stream i tried to minmax low budget chieftain spark build. This is low budget build, but not ssf viable. It has a lot of cheap uniques. Result is not that bad. On the same budget all other spark builds, probably would be worse significantly, but with 5 - 10 divines more and they will be much better. 3 mil dps, 31k ehp, 9k max phys hit, 36k elehit, 40k evasion, 27k armour, 100 spell suppression there is

To start off, don't play this if you love yourself. It'll most likely ruin your league start. The basic idea is simple. Self ignite with double Mokou's + Unleash FR, which gives you a 1 - 0.5\ chance to ignite yourself, i.e. you'll whiff with a probability of 6%. I will conveniently ignore this fact. Heatshiver+Cold Ailment Duration+Painseeker to cheese freezes, Shade Of Solaris cheap Wand for Big Damage scaling, Evasion + Flesh and Stone + Blind Effect scaling for 95% Evasion if hit recently. Unsure how to fit in more duration or phys mitigation right now, I just wanna stay evasion based early league since its a lot more budget friendly especially when the occasional death goes unpunished in Softcore. Open Questions: How feasible are 50 Kills in 4 seconds? How much uptime/downtime? Possible to tech in block

Arcane surge on Assassin's mark is a placeholder for arcane surge coming from the cluster jewel. With Overcharge, Shock nova can shock for 62% a pinacle boss. The pen supports with vaal storm call are just here to simulate the "ignore monsters resistance". If the gem duration is too low to support a new use, maybe use a 24 charge soul ripper and rely on the 6 souls gained by 2% life dealt to unique instead.

I wanted to try my hand at making a fire resistance/armour stacking chieftain. I tried to make the gear pretty realistic, the megalomaniacs are just placeholders for the introspection node, the second node could be a lot of different good things. Only thing missing now is damage haha although I think with the new tawhoa and the ancestral call nodes the damage will be significantly better. there are a few details that i think can be worked out while playing the char like mana through leech nodes or eldritch implicits. This isn't a finish build but just my take on the pretty obvious idea to use new valako with nebulis. Depending how desired valako flame / flesh is it might be the cheapest way since heist league to play a decent aura stacker. Can obviously be even cheaper as a chieftain but it feels pretty bad to only have 2 ascendancy nodes since everything else is completely useless if nothing changes. Or played as a berserker if you are a complete mad man. Sadly with the removal of old Ngamahu chieftain has really lost it's identity as a phys to fire caster and therefore i think spark is the obvious choi

Played lightning strike for a while this league as raider and figured i might league start it again as it felt very solid. Champion is the strongest choice in my opinion for a tri ele lightning striker right now though slayer is also a option for sure. Not much new can be said about champion at this point, permanent fortify synergy with perseverance is just too good, stacking armour and evasion and turning it into damage with a free onslaught on top. I have been playing Wild Strike in the past and always had a blast. This league i want to give it another go with this build i made. I was prety shocked by the Voidforge prices though, so i guess i won't leaguestart with this. I'm unsure whether i should go with Grace or Determination. I also don't really know what other skills i should use so i made a CWDT Blade Vortex thingy to create power charges. Feel free to give me some suggestions

Basic concept get max fire res, scale spark with nebulis and go ham on fire and chaos res. Hope that the explosion node on chieftain is made more consistant before league start. Scale damage with elemental overload, perma RF and low life condition. Didnt put much effort into the PoB, just a basic concept. &x200B;
