Basic concept get max fire res, scale spark with nebulis and go ham on fire and chaos res. Hope that the explosion node on chieftain is made more consistant before league start.
Scale damage with elemental overload, perma RF and low life condition.
Didnt put much effort into the PoB, just a basic concept.
