Path of Exile Best Arc Lightning build (+Crackling Lance) I have Taken the popular Arc Lightning build and made it even better, by adjusting it to accommodate Crackling lance we managed to double our damage for free, best part is that the build can run both skills without any changes allowing you to clear all maps and beat Uber bosses on the fly, this is the best Lightning spellcaster build in Path of Exile.
