Helmet - diadem is probably BiS because it allows for easy blessing and provides solid ES and eldritch battery. We path close to enough to take EB so something else is possible but would take a great item. I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. I posted my +7 Pyroclast Infernal Mantle that dropped from Vaal Temple for me a while back and needed to do a build with it cause of Touhou item memes.
