PoE Storm Brand, Melee builds

Hi folks, I found a Redblade with the mod 1% increased attack damage per 450 armour for Tectonic Slam. I also have a shield with 1% attack damage per 750 Armour. I was very intrigued by the idea so I levelled a character and winged it to lvl 93. The gear is negligible it was just to be functional and feel out the skill. The clear is lovely, single target and dps scaling not so much. I'm really curious if this can work out, but I'm not sure how to properly scale it. Should I ditch half the tree and go regular armour/aura scaling clusters? PoB so you can see the rough idea:

Switched to Purity of Elements from Determination for the ailment immunity and getting into red maps pretty easily. Trying to get Elemental Weakness on hit on gloves, but that's crazy expensive; might try to get it on rings now that my resists are overcapped. Any uniques that would bring some layer of defense in here? Cleaves got some decent clear with Area of effect and Shrines really help.

Hello Everyone. introduction This week I shared a way of using the new revealed Battlemage's Cry gem here in the sub and went into great thought of coming up with a build that would use it: Boneshatter with Eternal Apple. some cool mechanics The cherry of this build is using Battlemage's cry to support yourself with annoying to cast spells (like Phase Run or any Mark skill gem). Due to gem slot restrictions I decided on dropping phase run in favor of running Poacher's mark and a cwdt 1 + storm brand setup (in hopes of generating frenzy charges on bosses).
