【My Strongest CoC】zoom & zapping all content easily in Heist league...3.12

Hey guys, here's my strongest CoC (Arc) ! I managed to craft all my gear into perfection for this final coc build ! So yeah...it is as strong as my last league's God-tier Celestial ARC, but has more defence ^^

**80% of the gear is self-crafted by using at least 300ex++

• One handed sceptre(with 1.9aps + Hits cant be evaded) + Shield
• Arc trigger only (Super clear and DPS)
• CI + perfect resist (Wise oak)
• Perfected APS breakpoint
• Very smooth gaming
