Self Chill CI BoneZone Raider

Here is a meme project I was working on with boneshatter and recoup via absorption charges that turned out to be a somewhat strong viable build. The scaling for this chracter would get a bit unethical if I invested into but quite frankly I am very broke and want to try out some other builds I have in the works. Hopefully you can still find this project interesting as it toys with the ideas of recoup via absorption charges which is something I have been wanting to build around for quite a bit now.
