I'm trying to min max my home brew lightning convert flicker for doryani's. I have a very large budget.
I think I'd like to get 90% res with melding but not really sure how to get the max res while using replica farrul's so maybe I have to somehow switch off of that. Purity of ice, and survivalist gets me 86, and that means I drop determination I think. Let me know any other optimizations.
